Today I am sharing 2 stories with you!
First up meet Terry:
Hey there this is Terry from @losinglosingitthefunandhealthy way. Here is my transformation. These two pictures were taken a year apart at my sons birthday parties. The first one I was so miserable, and did not eat to be in any pictures. I wanted to hide behind everything. March 4, 2013 I changed my life forever. I I joined a gym and stopped eating processed foods. I fell in love with strength training. From March of last year to now I have gone from 270 pounds to 178, about 60" lost all over my body and gone from a size 22 to an 6/8 in pants and 2x to small in shirts. I strength train and do t25 and some cardio. I eat whole fresh organic foods and drink only water. On March 4 it will be my one year anniversary. I'm so excited to see where I will be then, and where I will go after that.
And now meet Jessica:
Over the past 18 months I have been able to lose approx. 115 pounds through healthier eating and Beachbody workout DVD's. I have not visited a gym at all over the past 18 months. I have fallen in love with taking care of myself. I never knew how good I could feel, how happy I could be, and most importantly, how PROUD of myself I could feel. I never knew the strength I had until going through this journey. I cry sometimes after I complete workouts because I am so proud of the person I have become. I created this page to help inspire others who want to change their lives. I believe in self-honesty, self-encouragement & self-love. I want people to realize that I am no different than them, I am just an average girl who wants to be the BEST that I can. Don't compare yourself to others, you will never be them & they will never be YOU. We are each unique & should learn to embrace that! I'm currently about 160 pounds and will NEVER stop working on improving my body & health. This is not a 3-week cleanse, it's not a 12-week plan, & it's not a 6 month diet, its my NEW lifestyle. My life has changed, everything about it!!
