Transformation Tuesday

Happy Transformation Tuesday!  I LOVE seeing all the transformation pictures people post on Tuesday's.  It is so inspiring to see the healthy changes people are making in their lives!!  Here is my transformation Tuesday picture for this week:
It is snowing here AGAIN.  The kids came home early from school today and I have a feeling they will be home tomorrow.  Hubby went to the store this morning to make sure there was easy food here for the kids.  He brought home chips (which I don't care about) and Peanut Butter M&M's.  MY FAVORITE! And not just a little bag, but the large sharing size bag.  And I got weak and ate some, only 10, but it was still 6 points+ for that many.  I wish he would stop bringing those things into my (our) house!!!  My foot is feeling better.  I am already tired of being cooped up in the house with my foot propped up.  I did get out of the house today and went into the office for about an hour.  I was HURTING by the time I got home.  Now I see why the doctor said to keep it propped up for two weeks!  I tell you my life has truly transformed since I have lost weight.  Before, at over 400 pounds, I would have loved being able to just sit at home all day and watch TV.  But now I am going CRAZY and miss my exercise and routine.  
The word for this week is PEACE.  I saw this quote and LOVED it.  It is so true, Peace does not mean everything is going to be perfect and easy.  But God gives us a peace we cannot understand by knowing He is in control of everything.  Even when it seems like things are going crazy around us, we can be at peace knowing the future is already planned out.
And the verse for the week.  What a promise that HE will give us treasures to know that He is God.  He doesn't have to prove anything to us, but he promises this.

Plain grilled chicken sandwich from Wendy's (only half of the bun) - 6 points+

Used 37 out of 46 points+ today!


AND tonight is the Biggest Loser Finale!!!!!  I can't wait!!  I Love seeing all the transformation.  Tune in tomorrow for an AWESOME Wowzer Wednesday story! That is it for today!!  Sending you all love and healthy wishes!
