Day 530 - TASTY Tuesday, New Recipe, New to Me Food Find

Happy Transformation Tuesday!  Holy Moly!  I have been busy today sharing transformations.  I woke up not feeling well, I think I have a stomach bug.  So I stayed home and worked on sharing stories!  I HIGHLY encourage you to click here to go to my Facebook page and check out some of the AMAZING people who shared their transformations with us today.

Here is my workout from yesterday:
I started this 30 day Walk Away the Pounds program.  3 days a week are cardio and 3 days a week are strength.  Today was the strength and MAN WAS IT HARD! At least for me!

Part of the routine had me shaking!  I have no balance so this should be good for me!!

So I made a new recipe today.  It is NOT my recipe, and I do not take credit for it in any way.  I found an AMAZING blog called Weight Watcher Girl.  Click here to go to the original recipe. This is a frozen peanut butter cup pie and OMG(LMNOP) it is DELISH!!!!!!!!!! And only 4 points+ per piece (which is 1/6 of the entire thing).

Here is the recipe:
4 Sheets of Honey Graham Crackers
1 8 oz Tub of Fat Free Cool Whip
2 Tablespoons PB2
2 Tablespoons Hershey's Syrup
1 Package of Chocolate Fudge (Sugar Free) Jello
Two Reeces Peanut butter Cups (.12 oz total)
Place your Graham crackers on the bottom of an 8x8 Dish
Take the PB2 and mix with a Tablespoon and a half of water until creamy
Take entire container of Cool Whip and add the Fudge Jello and mix well
Pour on top of Graham Crackers and smooth out evenly
Drizzle the PB2 all over the pie
Now Drizzle the Chocolate Syrup all over the pie
Cut the Peanut Butter Cups into small pieces (crumbles)
Sprinkle the Peanut butter cup crumbles all over the top
Cover and place in Freezer for 3 Hours
Cut into 6 Pieces - Serve!
Each piece is only 4 Points Plus!

I also found a new sausage that we had for dinner tonight:
They are a turkey sausage with cheddar cheese.  Only 3 points+ each and YUMMY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  We had these with oven roasted potatoes and steamed veggies and it was a very good and very easy dinner!

My sister's cat had her kittens this morning and the boys could not wait to see them!  So we laced up and walked over to her house, making tonight our Family Fitness 5K.  The boys were so excited about earning their medals!  Click here to see the site for the virtual races.

That is it for today!  Tune in tomorrow for another amazing Wowzer Wednesday post!  Sending you all love and healthy wishes!

Keep Losing,
Kari
