Day 487--Menu Share Monday

Hard to believe this is day 487 of my journey!!!!

Happy Monday everyone!!!  Today has been a good day.  The kids were home for a snow day so we have had a family day!  We went to lunch together and did a little shopping!  We are just getting home and I am pooped, so this is a short post today!! I really enjoyed clothes shopping today.  I bought two new tops for our Florida trip! SO NICE to not be in the biggest size and actually be able to buy clothes at a regular store!

Monday - Leftover Night
Tuesday - Going out to the pizza buffet (they are having it one more time)
Wednesday - Roasted turkey breast, baked sweet potatoes, steamed veggies
Thursday - Grilled Sausages, oven roasted potatoes, and a veggie
Friday - Subway
Saturday - soup
Sunday - Breakfast for dinner
1 cup quick oats - 7 points+
1/8 cup sugar free syrup - 0 points+
2 tsp canola oil - 2 points+
1 1/2 tbsp brown sugar - 1 point+
banana - 0 points+
black coffee - 0 points+

3 cups baby spinach - 0 points+
3 oz grilled chicken - 3 points+
1/8 cup craisins - 1 point+
1 oz reduced fat feta cheese - 1 points
2 tbsp reduced fat raspberry vinaigrette - 2 points+
1/8 cup chopped pecans - 3 points+
Yoplait light peach yogurt - 2 points+

chili - 7 points+
1/4 cup Weight Watchers Mexican cheese - 2 points+
2 no bake cookies - 10 points+

Today I used 44 out of 45 points.
