Monday Menu Share

Happy Monday!!!  A new week and a new month!  This is our last month of 2013.  How have you done for your goals this year?  I wanted to lose more weight than I have, but I am overall happy with my progress.  I am learning that this journey is much more than a number on a scale.

On the menu this week:

Monday: Subway - I had the double chicken chopped salad
Tuesday: Applewood smoked pork tenderloin, mashed potatoes, and a veggie
Wednesday: Pizza Pasta Casserole
Thursday:  Mexican Chicken Rice Bake
Friday: Leftovers Night
Saturday: Eating Out
Sunday: Taco Soup

I had an appointment with my headache specialist this morning.  The last round of Botox injections has not helped my almost daily migraines.  I am going to start a 3 day IV therapy to try to break this cycle I am in.  I will go to the hospital everyday for 3 days and have IV fluids and medicine.  Really hoping this helps.

Also saw my chiropractor again today.  My SI joint is no better yet and she also thinks there may be some bursitis in my hip.  So she worked on it and did 2 different kinds of therapy on it.  I go back Wednesday.  Until then, no exercise. :( I swear, my body has more trouble now than it did 100 pounds ago.  LOL!!
