Transformation Tuesday and My YUMMY Lunch!

Happy Transformation Tuesday!  As I was putting together my Tuesday collage, I really got to thinking about all the things that are changing in my life as a result of my healthier eating and activity.  I am becoming much stronger physically and emotionally as I continue through this journey.  I complained yesterday on my Facebook page about my feet hurting.  I was worried that my good (meaning really expensive) shoes might need replaced so I went into the special shoe store I LOVE and talked to them.  She said my shoes were fine and she added a lift to the heels to try to alleviate some of the pain.  She thinks I need to rest it a few days.  I am seeing my doctor tomorrow as well, so we will see.  BUT ANYWAY, while talking to the foot specialist I told her it was funny that over a year ago I never had all of these foot pains and now that I am working on becoming more fit, I have had all kinds of trouble.  Just one of the changes happening in my body.  So here is my collage and musings for the week:
I had to drive (well have hubby drive me) about 2 hours north today for my lovely 31 Botox treatments for my migraines.  The upside is we got to have lunch together at Red Lobster.  I had a DELICIOUS (and all Simply Filling) meal.
Salad with no croutons.  2 tsp canola oil and vinegar for dressing.  All Simply Filling or 2 points+.
Grilled Salmon with pineapple salsa, green beans, and broccoli.  All Simply Filling or 9 points+.

Proof that you can eat out, eat healthy, and it still be delicious and filling!!!! AND big NSV (non-scale victory): I ATE NO, ZERO, ZIPPO, NADA, ZILCH  CHEDDAR BISCUITS!!!

I will also start sharing my exercise for the day, but today is a much needed rest day since I am walking around like a zombie with my sore foot!! 

Phew!!  Feel like I wrote a novel today!!!  Gonna say bye for now!  Biggest Loser is on tonight YAY!!!!!!!
